- The academic year of the college, regarding payment of fees, starts from May 1st. Students are, therefore required to pay their tuition fees and other dues from that date and according to the schedule notified from time to time.
- After the expiry of the notified date, the students will be allowed to pay their dues with a late fee of Rs. 100 per day upto ten days, failing which the names will be struck off the rolls.
- Re-admission may be granted if permitted by the Principal. However, a payment of Rs. 50/- as Re-admisssion fee will have to be made.
- Students migrating from other institution shall not be charged tuition fee for the period already paid for, subject to verification from fee receipt.
- Fee Concession/Stipends etc.
- Brother / sister fee concession is granted to the younger sister, if both are studying in the Federal Government intitutions.She will be eligible for half fee concession on submisssion of necessary proof of her claim provided no other financial benefit is enjoyed by her.
- The students's Mutual Help fund is establshied for grant of stipends to the deserving students, the amount of stipend is fixed by the Principal.
- All the concession/stipends will be tenable for one year, and sahll be renewed for the second year provided the attendence, acadmic performance and conduct of the students continues to be satisfactory.
- Application for fee concession / stipends should be made on the prescribed form at the beginning of the academic session. The form should be countersigned by the parent / guardian and duly verified by his / her employee.
