- Reference Books / Text Books / Periodicals shall not be issued to the students but will be available to them in the library.
- Borrowers and readers must inspect the books at the time of issuance; in case of any defect / damage they should call the attention of the librarian to it.
- Books will be loaned for a maximum period of seven days which is extendable to another week provided a request for renewal is made before the expiry date.
- Borrower who keep the books after the expiry date will be fined Re. 1.00 per day.
- If a borrower loses / damages / mutilates a borrowed book she will have to pay full cost or replace the book.
- Students will have to return all the books two weeks before the commen-cement of preparation leave for examination.
- For annual stock checking before Summer Vacation, borrowed books will have to be returned to the library.
- Appropriate action shall be taken against the borrowers and readers who misuse this facility.
