Discipline & General Rules |

Students are granted admission to this institution with the understanding that they will abide by the various rules and regulations of the college regarding discipline, uniform and attendance in classes as laid down in theProspectus. Breach of the following rules shall render them liable to strict diciplinary action / fine: - On admission each student is provided with a non-transferable college identity card carrying passport size photograph. The student must carry it while in the college to produce on demand. Failure to do so is punishable. The ID card must be received from the Collge Office within one month of commencement of the classes. Duplicate Identity Cards are not issued except under very special circumstances, and on payment of fine. The library Security will not be refunded unless the Identity Card is returned at the time of College leaving/receipt of security.
- Every student shall diligently apply herself to the field of study in which she is enrolled and participate in co-curricular activities compatible with her aptitude.
- She shall attend all functions held in the college. A special fine may be imposed in case of default.
- She should never use violence, threat of violance or pressure for settlement of differences or disputes with her fellow students, college employees or teacher.She shall respect the judgement of the authorities constituted by the college for the settlement of any such matter
- She shall refrain from:
- The use of unfair means or malpractices in classrooms / examinations / practicals.
- Bringing into the campus, consuming or encouraging the use of drugs, narcotics, cigarettes or alcoholic products.
- Allowing or abetting entry into the college premises of unauthorized persons.
- Damaging college property, including building, equipment, plants and vehicles, disfiguring the college walls by writing remarks, slogans, etc.
- All such activities defined by college authorities as acedemic / undesirable / objectionable which may be bring a bad name to the college.
- Indulging in agitational actvities.
- She shall practice propriety, modesty and decorum in her behavior and conduct in classroom, library, college hall, cafeteria and playground, etc.
- No student is allowed to paste, exhibit, prepare or distribute any poster, leaflet, notice,pamphlet or handbill in the college premises without permission from college authorities.
- Any student aggrieved at any happening in the college shall bring it to the notice of the college authorities.
- Students are advised not tobring valuables to the college as the college will not be responsible for loss of any valuable in the premises.
- Telephone facility is not available for the students. In case of emergency message can be conveyed to parents.
- No student is allowed to leave the college before the prescribed time without the written permission of Principal/Vise Principal.

- Students are not allowed to meet any outsider during college hours without the permission of the Principal.
- Students are strictly forbidden to bring sisters/relatives to college even during college functions unless invited.
- Imposters and unauthorized students will be dealt with according to the discrete of the Principal.
- Late comers in the class room will be marked absent.
- Every student shall refrain fromaimless wandering and other unbecoming activities in college and around shopping centres near the college while in college uniform
- Parents and guardians of the students are expected to extend their full cooperation to ensure maintenance of discipline and enforcement of the above rules. Parents/Guardians failure to contact the college authorities as and when asked for, will authorise the Principal to take ex-parte decision.
- The Principal has the authority to resticate or impose penalty on a student violating any of the above rules in accordance with the rules of Punjab University/Federal Board.
- The student, whose name is struck off the college rolls due to misconduct will have no right to re-admission.
- The Principal reserves the to make or elaborate any rule in the best interest of the college.
