- A student must attend their classes regularly and perform the tasks assigned to them dutifully. Attendance in the morning assembly held at 8:10 a.m. is compulsory. Strict disciplinary action will be taken against defaulters. No student will be allowed to enter the college premises after 8:15 a.m. Punishment/fine will be imposed on habitual late comers.
- A student must acquire 75 % attendance in all subjects including practicals to be eligible for the Board/University examination and promotion to next class.
- Any student who remains absent for a period not exceeding two days must have her leave sanctioned immediately on her return. Otherwise, a fine of Rs.5/- per day will have to be paid. Penalty will be imposed on habitual defaulters.
- A student whose record shows continuous absence of two weeks from lectures and practicals, without prior intimation, is liable to have her name struck off the college rolls. Readmission will be allowed when cause of absence is explained to the satisfaction of the Principal by the parent/guardian.
