Admission Procedure

The Federal Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Islamabad, shall notify the last date of the submission of admission form through the national press subject to the declaration of result of the respective classes.

Application forms attached with prospectus can be obtained on payment from the college office during office hours on all working days for which a receipt must be obtained.

Admission forms duly filled in by the candidate in her own handwriting should be submitted to the college office during college hours on all working days of the stipulated period for which a receipt is issued.

The selected candidates, whose names appear on the college notice board, will be required to pay the college dues along with an undertaking on a judicial stamp paper of Rs.5/- according to the attached Performa with in the specified period of time.

 

The following documents are required to be attached with the duly filled admission form.

  1. Attested photocopies of mark sheets of the previous examination.
  2. Character certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended.
  3. Provisional certificate testifying that the student has passed the S.S.C/H.S.S.C or other relevant examination, the certificate should also mention the dues last paid for.
  4. Four latest passport size photographs with the name of candidate written on the back. (In case the admission is granted)
  5. Attested photocopy of the parent's national identity card (for Pakistanis only)
  6. Residence certificate from the Estate Office Govt. of Pakistan/ CDA Estate Office, wherever applicable.
  7. Undertaking, as mentioned above (In case the admission is granted).
  8. Migration certificate, in original, from the Board other than the Federal Board from where the student has passed S.S.C/H.S.S.C Examination.

 

 

Notice Board

    In respect of Holy month of Ramadan, summer vacations have been extended till 12-09-2010. College will reopen on 13-09-2010
  • Admissions for B.Com (Session 2010-12):
    First Merit list will be displayed on 03 Sept 2010.
